PBS, a leading DMS provider, is seeking an Automotive Accounting Trainer–Training & Implementation in Calgary. The role involves delivering expert training on PBS DMS, guiding customers through software implementation, and providing onsite sessions as needed.

Travel across Canada, the USA, or the Caribbean is required, with office time split with site deployments. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in automotive Sales operations, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 2 weeks per

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive experience with a focus in Sales operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to learn new software.
• Able to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; valid passport and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert training and support on PBS Dealer Management Software to new and existing customers.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and provide onsite training for new installations.
• Manage training sessions independently and become an install resource for deployments.
• Develop a deep understanding of PBS software and related training processes.
• Respond promptly to training requests and share knowledge across teams.
• Assist with data entry and other key operational tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on process documentation and evolve with departmental changes.
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment.
