Automation Test Consultant (SAP Employee Central)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Test Automation Consultant to lead the selection, implementation, and execution of test automation strategies for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have expertise in test automation tools, SAP Employee Central configurations, and integration testing methodologies to ensure efficient and scalable test automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess business requirements and recommend the best test automation tools for SAP Employee Central (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, Selenium, UiPath, etc.).
• Lead the implementation and configuration of the chosen test automation tool.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for SAP Employee Central modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
• Work with functional teams to identify key test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform integration testing across SuccessFactors and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with development and HRIT teams to define test automation strategies aligned with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Monitor and optimize test execution performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test automation issues while maintaining documentation of test cases and results.
• Provide training and guidance to QA teams on test automation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation, preferably with SAP-specific automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, Selenium, Leapwork, UiPath).
• Strong understanding of SAP Employee Central business processes and configurations.
• Experience in designing and executing test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager Test Automation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP environments and HR integrations.
