Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in a B2B/industrial/automation environment.
• Demonstrated track record of managing renewal targets, ARR, or subscription-based contracts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data and dashboards to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal process for service and subscription contracts within the portfolio.
• Track renewal dates, prepare renewal proposals, and mitigate renewal risks.
• Collaborate with sales or account management to secure renewals before expiry.
• Onboard new customers to ensure early value delivery and adoption of services.
• Drive adoption of subscribed services and monitor usage and health metrics.
• Identify opportunities to expand services or upgrade subscription tiers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
