Responsibilities

• Partner with business SMEs to understand current-state processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate objectives into requirements, scope, and implementation plans considering value, risk, and timelines.
• Analyze processes, controls, data flows, and dependencies; define future-state processes and user stories for automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automation using Python, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Excel, and related tools.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams across design, development, testing, and rollout stages.
• Define testing approaches covering edge cases, reconciliations, and production readiness.
• Document requirements, process flows, solution designs, and testing outcomes.
• Support existing automation solutions by diagnosing production issues and implementing fixes.
• Champion governance and sustainable deployment of automation solutions.
