Forma.ai is seeking an Operations Automation Engineer to build automation, internal tools, and workflow systems that help our Customer Operations and Customer Delivery teams scale with greater speed and efficiency. You will partner with Operations, Delivery, Product, and Engineering leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and ship pragmatic technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building automation for operations or customer delivery.
• Strong coding skills in Python or similar languages.
• Exposure to APIs, data integration, and workflow tooling.
• Ability to translate business pain points into practical automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation, tools, scripts, and workflows that scale Customer Operations and Delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Leverage APIs and scripting to automate repetitive tasks and data lookups.
• Define success metrics and track impact of automation initiatives.
• Create reusable automation patterns for cross-team use.
• Help shape Forma.ai's internal automation function and tooling strategy.
