Job description

We're looking for someone who enjoys finding better ways to get work done.

Overview

In this role, you'll work across multiple departments to identify repetitive tasks, manual processes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation. You'll build practical solutions using AI, workflow automation tools, integrations, and internal systems that help employees spend less time on routine work and more time on high-value activities. This is a hands‑on role. You'll be expected to understand how teams operate, uncover inefficiencies, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results. You'll work closely with our AI team, IT team, and department leaders to improve productivity across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with teams across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, engineering, and administration to understand existing workflows
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
  • Design and implement AI‑powered workflows, automations, and internal tools
  • Connect systems and data sources to eliminate duplicate work and improve information flow
  • Build and maintain automations using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Claude Code, Codex, n8n, APIs, MCPs, and other tools as required
  • Create AI agents and assistants that support employees in their day‑to‑day work
  • Measure and report on productivity improvements, time savings, and business impact
  • Document solutions and provide training to end users
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate practical applications for the business
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience building workflow automations, AI solutions, integrations, or business productivity tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders across departments, since this role is as much about people and process as it is about technology
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, map how a process actually works, and translate that into a practical solution
  • Hands‑on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Open Code, Codex, or similar platforms
  • A track record of building and deploying real‑world solutions that improved productivity, solved a business problem, or enhanced the customer or employee experience
  • Experience with APIs, MCPs, databases, automation platforms, low‑code tools, or custom integrations
  • Good judgment around data handling and security when working across sensitive systems
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a habit of measuring results
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, or other business systems is an asset
Compensation

Expected Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills and qualifications and falls within the expected range for this role.
