Job summary

Forma.ai is hiring for a customer operations role in Canada. You will own day-to-day relationships with senior client stakeholders across a portfolio and translate data inputs into the Forma rule and system logic.

You’ll learn platform design to complete updates, enhancements, and change requests, while working with Product and Engineering to implement new features that enable automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education or background in engineering, commerce, math or statistics.
  • 0–2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience with large datasets and understanding of database/workflow logic is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation.
  • Familiarity with data architecture and process workflows.
  • Analytical problem-solving, organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to own and drive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day customer relationships with senior client stakeholders across a portfolio.
  • Translate data inputs and business logic into Forma rule/system logic and outputs.
  • Learn platform design to independently complete updates and changes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize features and implement enhancements.
  • Manage expectations around deliverables and timelines for customer success.
  • Develop deep understanding of client strategies, products and business models.
  • Grow SPM expertise by identifying improvements in crediting and quota design.
