Responsibilities

• Perform pre-production checks on automated adapters to ensure equipment is ready to run.
• Monitor the flow of the automated storage and retrieval system via adapters for maximum throughput.
• Prepare pallets for induction into the robotic system.
• Identify causes of system stoppage and return to service using HMI and manual intervention.
• Communicate issues affecting production to leadership immediately.
• Contribute to overall system uptime through robot recovery and maintenance.
• Conduct periodic inspections including cleaning, lubrication and tolerance checks.
• Report out-of-spec conditions and perform root-cause corrective actions.
• Follow radio etiquette and take instructions from leadership.

What You’llBeDoing:

• Perform pre-production checks on automated adapters ensuring equipmentis in ‘ready torun’ state.

• Process andmonitorthe flow of the automated storage and retrieval system, through means of the adapters, including manual inbound, automatic inbound, automatic outbound, to achievemaximumthroughput and cases per hour.

• Prepare pallets for induction into theroboticstorage and retrieval system.

• Assesscauseof system stoppage and return to service using Human/Machine Interface (HMI) and manual intervention.

• Communicate and elevate all issuesimpactingproductionimmediatelyto operational leadership.

• Contribute tooverall system uptime through system preservation, robot recovery, suspect removal, andbothealth actions.

• Perform periodic system inspections including cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checking,componentvalidation.

• Report all out of spec conditions and perform root cause corrective action andmaintaincontinuous operation of system components.

• Monitor andutilizecommon radio etiquette while obtaining instructions from leadership and operational leads.

• Perform rover bot upkeep to include, but not limited to, replacing wheels, cleaning, ESD brushes, sensors, etc.

• Responsible for automated robotic vehicle recovery in theroboticstorage and retrievalsystemincluding working in restrictive environments.

• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

• Be proficient in performing all System Inspection functionsincludingcleaning, lubrication,makingadjustments.

• Ability to prioritize work to gainmaximumuptime and throughput from an automated cell.

• Demonstrates commitment and ability to work safely.

• Ability to work independently of supervisor, following procedures and manuals.

• Ability tomulti-taskand perform multiple job functions at once.

WhatIt’sLike to Work Here:

• You willbe requiredto wear proper PPE (hard hat, cut resistant gloves and sleeves, steel toe boots, eyeglasses, ear protection, fall protection (e.g., safetyharness**)).**

• You will need the frequent ability tosafely and efficiently lift items weighingup to 50lbs and move items weighing up to 80lbs.

• You willbe requiredto stand/walk for up to 12 hours andfrequentlyrequiredto reach with hands and arms.

• Must be capable of occasional and/or continuous feeling, seeing, hearing, bending, twisting, stooping,pushing, pulling, balancing, gripping, climbing, crawling, sitting, handling objects, and repetitive movement using both hands and feet.

• Mustcomply withall safety requirements and protocols, including without limitation Lock out tag out safety protocols and fall protection safety protocols.

• Week 1 – 6:30am to 7:00pm – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

• Week 2 – 6:30am to 7:00pm – Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Week 3 – 6:30pm to 7:00am – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

• Week 4 – 6:30pm to 7:00am – Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
