Job summary

CSNcollision in Mississauga, ON is seeking an Auto Body Tech to repair vehicles to their original structural integrity and appearance. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask, reporting to the General Manager.

You will review work orders, inspect collision damage, perform body repairs and frame straightening, weld with MIG, and disassemble/reassemble damaged areas while following OEM procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Auto Body Repair experience
• Red Seal License (310B/310Q) preferred or in apprenticeship
• I-Car and OEM certifications are favorable
• Must have own tools and safety footwear
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and repair cost estimates
• Thoroughly examine collision damage and QA checklist items
• Perform structural and full body repairs; straighten frames
• Weld on vehicles using MIG welders
• Dismantle and reassemble damaged areas; replace panels and glass
• Follow OEM procedures using all data
• Inspect and test drive vehicles after repairs
