Job summary

CSN Collision is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team in Ontario. You will take damaged vehicles and restore structural integrity, function, and appearance, with emphasis on quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Auto Body Repair experience, holds a Red Seal (310B), and can read estimates and repair procedures while working safely with colleagues. We offer dental, extended health, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Auto body repair experience of 3+ years.
• Red Seal license for Auto Body Collision and Damage Repairer (310B).
• BMW OEM certifications are favorable.
• I-CAR welding certification is required.
• Must have own tools and safety footwear.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Up-to-date compliance training (AODA, WHMIS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review damage reports and plan the work.
• Thoroughly examine collision damage and vehicle systems.
• Perform structural and complete body repairs.
• Straighten bent frames and hammer out dents.
• Weld using MIG and spot welders.
• Dismantle/reassemble damaged areas and replace parts.
• Read estimates and repair procedures; inspect vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure work aligns with OEM specifications.
