Job summary

Drive Autogroup Ajax, Ontario is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our growing team. You will be customer facing and provide memorable service to our guests while supporting technicians with parts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid Ontario driver’s license, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. You should be organized, detail oriented and capable of handling customer inquiries with care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly meeting and greeting parts customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Supplying parts and accessories to retail customers.

• Listening to customers’ reasons for requesting certain parts and accessories.
• Offering appropriate parts or accessories to satisfy customer requirements.
• Providing accurate quotes for all parts or accessories recommended.
• Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Shipping and receiving parts.
• Assisting with merchandising displays.
