Job summary

HUB International in Victoria, BC is seeking an Auto Mobile Associate to build and maintain relationships with clients and local dealerships, delivering auto insurance solutions and service excellence.

You will handle renewals, plates, transfers, and other transactions, while cross-selling Personal & Commercial Lines. Licensing training is provided, and weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated sales experience and drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
• Weekend and Evening availability.
• Willing to use own vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement).
• Willingness to obtain a Level 1 and 2 License (training provided).

The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
