Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 BC General Insurance license.
• Minimum 4 years of auto insurance experience.
• Experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Address client requests and complaints with timely investigation and resolution.
• Monitor branch financials and collaborate to grow sales and market share.
