We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician with at least 3 years of experience, MIG/TIG welding ability, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience in MIG and TIG required.
• Post-secondary Auto Body program completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use of frame equipment
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance
