Boyd Autobody & Glass is a long‑standing leader in collision and glass services across Western and Central Canada. The Auto Body Technician role focuses on structural and non‑structural repairs, disassembly, repair and reassembly, contributing to KPI targets with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program.
• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use of frame equipment.
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.
