Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DRP processes.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following guidelines.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process.
• Keep ASE updated with pertinent details from every customer interaction.
• Support insurance requirements and repair planning to meet KPIs.
