Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass in Canada is hiring an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage estimates, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process. You’ll work with the team to meet KPI targets and ensure high-quality repairs.

Requires at least 1 year of collision-estimating experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Mitchell/Qapter and Google/Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year estimating experience in a collision repair environment.
• Experience with estimating in collision repair is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage and repairs.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information through the repair process.
• Update ASE with important details from every customer interaction.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Build customer relationships to maximize KPI performance (Sales/ GP/ EBITDA/ NPS).
