Qualifications

• Scheduling tools for calendar coordination and timing.
• Knowledge of ASE MIS and rental management basics.
• Familiarity with estimating systems and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with details from customer interactions.
• Provide accurate, timely repair guidance and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW processes.
• Communicate customer needs to the team and greet customers positively.
• Understand insurance programs and participate in production walks.
• Support team members and attend health, safety, and staff meetings.
• Maintain KPIs and follow Boyd’s values and promises.
• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell following latest guidelines.
