Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Apprentice to learn under a Licensed Auto Body Technician and contribute to our high-quality collision repairs. You will shadow experienced techs, perform vehicle panel work, and assist across the repair process.

The role supports ongoing training, a strong benefits program, and opportunities for certification as you grow within the team. Candidates must have a high school diploma and related education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program.
• Minimum 1 year Auto Body Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repairs vehicles as per insurance guidelines and our quality standards.
• Inspect and disassemble the vehicle to determine damages at the beginning of the repair.
• Repair minor damage to vehicle's body panels.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components and vehicle accessories.
• Reassemble vehicle once repairs are complete.
• Inspect completed work to ensure the repair is up to quality standards.
• Shadow a Licensed Auto Body Technician to perform repairs.
• Pursue learning opportunities and apply knowledge to tasks.
