Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Apprentice in Canada to repair minor vehicle damage while shadowing a licensed Auto Body Technician and contributing to our 30-year history of quality workmanship. The role offers hands-on training and exposure to modern collision repair processes.

You will work with the team to achieve repair quality, safety standards, and KPI targets, with career growth through ongoing training, certifications, and company-supported development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Auto Body Repair Program.
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles per insurance guidelines and quality standards.
• Inspect and disassemble to assess damages at start.
• Repair body panels and replace parts as needed.
• Shadow a licensed Auto Body Technician and learn on the job.
• Aim to meet WOW plan KPIs.
