Job summary

Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, is hiring an Auto Body Technician to perform structural and non-structural repairs, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles. You will work with the team to meet KPIs and uphold high-quality workmanship across our collision repair facilities.

The role requires at least 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience and MIG/TIG welding skills; Red Seal or 310B is preferred, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding).
• Red Seal or 310B is preferred; I-Car is working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use of frame equipment.
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure quality and productivity and contribute to KPIs.
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.
