Job summary

The Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join a team that has delivered quality repairs for over 30 years across Canada. The role focuses on structural and non-structural repairs, disassembly, reassembly, and collaboration with team members to achieve KPI targets.

As part of The Boyd Group, the candidate will have access to training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits plan. Red Seal or 310B is preferred; welding experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary Auto Body Repair program required.
• Minimum 3 years Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use of frame equipment.
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.
