Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass in Canada offers competitive pay and a professional environment. The Auto Body Technician handles structural and non-structural repairs, disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles, working with the team to achieve KPIs.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or auto body program, at least 3 years of experience, MIG/TIG welding, and a valid driver’s license. Red Seal or I-CAR Gold Class is preferred; company supports training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience MIG/TIG required.
• Red Seal is preferred; I-CAR Gold Class is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts and electrical components.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use frame equipment to ensure precision.
• Strive to achieve KPI targets (Sales/CP/EBITA/BHPD/NPS).
• Continue learning to improve performance.
