Job summary

SB Partners LLP in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking a motivated Manager, Audit & Assurance to lead assurance, compilation, and advisory engagements for owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations. You will coach staff, ensure quality, and drive client service with partners.

You will oversee planning, execution, and completion of engagements, manage budgets, mentor CPA candidates, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to firm growth and process improvements.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements for owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
• Oversee tax returns and filings for corporate and personal taxes.
• Coach and develop CPA candidates and junior staff.
• Maintain client relationships and manage engagement budgets and timelines.
• Support firm initiatives and community involvement.
