Qualifikationen

• CPA or CA designation with at least 5 years’ public accounting experience.
• Experience with owner-managed businesses and private enterprises.
• Minimum 2 years in a progressive management role with a CPA firm.
• Proven leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and client service skills.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with professional judgement.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Partners to assist in planning, execution, and completion of Audit and Review engagements.
• Manage engagement planning, execution, and finalization per applicable Standards.
• Oversee project financials including budgets, WIP, and billing timelines.
• Mentor and train team members during field assignments and provide status updates.
• Assess risk, controls, and accounting processes; offer client solutions.
• Review tax returns for various entities and ensure proper disclosures.
• Generate new business opportunities and promote firm services.
