Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA designation and at least 5 years in public accounting.
• Experience serving owner-managed businesses with reviews and tax returns.
• Minimum 2 years in a progressive management role at a CPA firm.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners and client service team to plan, execute, and complete a wide range of review, compilation, and tax engagements for owner-managed businesses and private enterprises.
• Manage engagement workflow from planning through completion, monitoring timelines, resources, deliverables, and billing.
• Review working paper files for engagement documentation and accuracy in line with standards.
• Manage project financials including budgets, WIP, and timely billing.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals on engagements and firm methodology.
• Identify accounting, tax, and business advisory matters and provide practical recommendations.
• Engage with all levels of the team and promote cross-team collaboration.
