Job summary

Hearing Solutions at Lawrence Plaza in North York, Ontario, is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. As Ontario's largest independently owned hearing aid clinic, we deliver exceptional patient care and support for our clinicians.

Responsibilities include hands-on audiology testing, patient counselling, dispensing hearing aids, and ongoing follow-up care. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Audiology or related certification and be licensed with CASLPO

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification.
• Licensed with CASLPO or AHIP, and authorized with ADP.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on audiology services, including comprehensive testing, counselling, dispensing hearing aids, and continued follow up care.
• Cultivate relationships with patients, ensuring their hearing needs are met from the initial consultation to the successful resolution.
• Provide ongoing follow-up, adjustments, and support to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with a network of clinicians across Ontario to share knowledge and best practices
• Stay up to date with industry innovations through ongoing training and professional development

What You Bring

Compensation

$70,000 - $110,000 base salary + industry-leading incentives
