Job summary

Connect Hearing in Whitby, ON is looking for a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our network of care. As a Hearing Care Professional, you will provide exceptional client experiences, educate clients on products, and recommend optimal solutions.

You’ll conduct hearing evaluations for new clients, maintain ongoing care for existing clients, and collaborate with physicians and team members.

Qualifications

• Licensed with one of Canada's provincial regulatory bodies or colleges.
• Passionate about client service and holistic care.
• Confident selling a solution you believe in.

Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional client experience focused on client counselling, product education, and recommendation.
• Conducting hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommending best-fit solutions.
• Continuous care for existing clients to ensure a happy and meaningful relationship.
• Conduct verbal and written correspondence related to client care with clients, families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees.

Working Location: Whitby, ON

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director

A day in the life of a Hearing Care Professional involves:

• Providingan exceptional client experiencefocused on client counselling, product education, and recommendation
• Conducting hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommending the best-fit solution
• Continuous care for your existing clients to ensure a happy and meaningful relationship
• Conduct verbal and written correspondence related to client care with clients, their families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees
• Make a difference in the lives of your clients

• The expected hiring salary range for this role is$70,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
