Job summary

Logik Insulation, part of the Logik Group, is seeking a motivated Attic Insulation Estimator to join our GTA team. This role focuses on in-home assessments, detailed quotes, and building a book of business through both company-provided and self-generated leads.

As a 100% commission-only position, there is no cap on earning potential. Travel across Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Toronto and wider GTA is required, with potential for growth within the Logik Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience and 2 years working with attic insulation is preferred.
• Experience selling home improvement, insulation, or related services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential homes to assess attic insulation conditions and levels.
• Provide clear, honest recommendations to homeowners.
• Take accurate measurements and record job details.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes for clients.
• Generate and follow up on your own leads in addition to company-provided ones.
• Represent Logik professionally and maintain excellent customer service.

About the Role

Logik Insulation, part of the Logik Group, is one of the leading insulation companies in the GTA, known for quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Attic Insulation Estimator to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone motivated, personable, and confident providing professional in-home assessments and quotes. You will work with both company-provided leads and your own self-generated prospects across Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Toronto, and the wider GTA. This is a 100% commission-only role with no cap on your earning potential. Commission is 10% on company-provided leads and 12% on self-generated leads. We maintain strong partnerships with a major big-box retailer, which provides a high volume of steady work.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential homes to assess attic insulation conditions and levels
• Provide clear, honest recommendations to homeowners
• Take accurate measurements and record job details
• Prepare and present detailed quotes
• Generate and follow up on your own leads in addition to company-provided ones
• Represent Logik professionally and maintain excellent customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience and 2 years working with attic insulation
• Previous experience in insulation, estimating, or a related construction or home services field
• Experience selling home improvement, insulation, or HVAC products or services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to generate leads through networking and outreach
• Physically agile and comfortable climbing ladders and working in attics
• Able to carry a 6 ft ladder and safely access attics using your own ladder
• Comfortable working in attics that can be very hot or very cold. This is a physically demanding role
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6 ft ladder
• Willing to travel throughout the GTA. This role is 100% on the road
• Able to pass a background check
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
