Job summary

Logik Roofing & Insulation, part of the Logik Group, is seeking an experienced Attic Insulation Crew Leader to run residential jobs across the GTA and Ontario. This hands-on leadership role requires you to manage a crew, supervise installs, and ensure efficiency and high standards while traveling across Ontario.

Based in Oshawa, ON, you will stay on the road with overnight travel paid when outside the GTA; a company vehicle is provided; benefits start after 3 months and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of attic insulation experience.
• Have personally blown at least 1,000 attics; very experienced attic installers.
• Strong knowledge of air sealing, blown insulation, and batt and poly.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a crew.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel across Ontario and stay out of town when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an attic insulation crew on job sites.
• Perform and oversee air sealing and draft-proofing.
• Install blown insulation, batt and poly, and blanket insulation.
• Ensure job quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Load and unload materials and keep a clean, organized job site.
