Job summary

Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking an Attendant, Warehouse II, for a permanent, full-time role in Ontario. The position involves picking, packing, staging products and loading/unloading trucks under the Warehouse Manager's supervision.

Schedule: Afternoons, Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00pm–11:00pm. Wage starts at $26.15/hour with two increases in the first year to a target rate of $27.55/hour. Benefits include group insurance, retirement plan with employer contribution, telemedicine,

Qualifications

  • 1 year of forklift experience.
  • Food/dairy/manufacturing experience is an asset.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to multi-task.
  • Team player, but can also work independently.
  • Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation.
  • Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on production schedules and pulling the right products for each order.
  • Work closely with the inventory group to monitor daily supply levels.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and ensure each incoming delivery matches the purchase order.
  • Collaborate with inventory control to determine when product is missing in a delivery.
  • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and material handling traffic.
  • Complete work in a safe manner at all times, adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Overview of the Role

Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking an Attendant, Warehouse II, for an existing opportunity within our organization. Under the responsibility of the Warehouse Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for accurately picking and packaging, staging products and loading and unloading of trucks.

Status: Permanent, Full-time Positions Available: 1 Schedule: Afternoons ; Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm Wage: $26.15/hour *There are 2 wage increases in the first year of employment, with a target rate of $27.55/hour.

How you will make contributions that matter

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications
