Job summary

Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is seeking two ATI Analysts to join our Service Delivery team at the Ministry of Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction.

This contract role is fully onsite at 10405 Jasper Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB, with hours from 08:15 to 16:30, Monday through Friday, for 7.25 hours per day. The ATI Analysts will support the ATI Coordinator and Senior ATI Advisors, managing access to information requests, redaction decisions, and coordination of correspondence.

Qualifications

• Experience functioning on an individual basis and in a team/group environment. (5 years+)
• Experience proofing and formatting Word documents in a work setting. (4 years+)
• Experience with Information Governance, or records management and information management. (2 years+)
• Experience with reviewing and analyzing document content. (4 years+)

Responsibilities

• Reviews records and identifies information that requires redaction
• Examines the scope of the access to information request
• Reviews and organizes records which includes identifying duplicate records, chronological ordering of records, and responsiveness of records in the context of the request scope outlined by the Applicant
• Assists in preparing and coordinating correspondence to the applicant
• Prepares and provides initial recommendations to the ATI Coordinator
• Produces documents, on-going administration of ATI request file, including documentation in the ATI System and preparation of the completed package for release
