Job summary

Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is seeking one Senior Test Analyst / Trainer to join our Service Delivery team with the Government of Alberta.

The role is remote within Canada, contract for 11 months with a possible 12-month extension, and may require occasional Edmonton-based meetings. Responsibilities include developing and executing test scenarios, leading UAT, defect management, and creating training materials with AI-assisted content reviewed for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating testing activities with business users and technical teams (5 years+).
• Experience developing end-user training materials (5 years+).
• Experience identifying, tracking, and validating defects through resolution (5 years+).
• Experience in software testing methodologies, UAT, and business process validation (5 years+).
• Experience supporting data validation, integration testing, and deployment readiness (5 years+).
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with sprint-based testing cycles (5 years+).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and execute test scenarios, scripts, and cases aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform UAT, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects; support resolution.
• Maintain testing documentation and status reports; leverage AI-assisted tools for quality.
• Support integration testing, data migration validation, and business process checks.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks and blockers; participate in sprint-based testing activities.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and readiness artifacts; validate AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure training reflects approved processes.
