• Spends minimum of 25% of time pursuing new business, actively prospecting customers.
• Develops one-on-one relationships with Pro customers, providing a familiar face to their customers day in and day out.
• Uses GET Involved behaviors to clarify customer needs for products and services, demonstrates up-selling and closing techniques.
• Maintains an organized system for profiling and tracking top accounts and developing new ones.
• Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction and pursues future business; partners with Store Management to resolve issues.
• Delivers sales presentations to potential customers outside of store when required.
