Job summary

Petal, a leading Canadian healthcare orchestration and billing company, is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our Xacte division. You will support physicians using the Xacte medical billing platform from needs assessment through to go-live, ensuring profiles are complete and RAMQ registered for a smooth start.

You will coordinate with training, billing and support teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver a structured, professional experience in a hybrid work setting with one

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, onboarding, or coordination.
• Fluent in French and English; able to communicate clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Why this role is interesting

As a Onboarding specialist, you take over after the sale and play a key role in onboarding new clients.

In practical terms, you support physicians using the Xacte medical billing platform, from needs assessment through to go-live.

You ensure their profiles are properly set up, information is complete, they are correctly registered (RAMQ), and everything is in place for them to start using the platform effectively.

Your role is to deliver a structured, smooth, and professional experience, while building a strong relationship of trust from the very beginning.

In this role, you will:
