Yardi Systems in Vancouver seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager to deliver technical support and implementation guidance for a portfolio of clients. You will help with configuration, deployment, and best practices, while troubleshooting and communicating product features.

You will build strong client relationships, deepen expertise in Yardi solutions, and may travel during the second week of employment for training at various locations.

As an ATAM, your main role will be to providetop-notch customer support, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving softwareissues over phone and email across Yardi's diverse suite of products. You willhave the opportunity to work with cutting-edge software solutions, gaining valuableexpertise and becoming a subject matter expert in the field. Your contributionwill go beyond just support - you will actively collaborate with our team todrive continuous improvements and advancements in our products, ensuring ourclients receive nothing but the best and stay ahead in a competitive market.

*** This position requires flexibility for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes. Training may be conductedlocally or at an alternate location based on business needs. Candidates shouldbe prepared and available to travel as required during this time. ***

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support and software implementationguidance to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.
• Assist clients with product configuration, deployment, andbest practice adoption to ensure successful implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common software application issueswhile communicating product features effectively.
• Build strong client relationships and continually developdeep expertise in Yardi products and solutions.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, orComputer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
• Ability to learn new concepts and Yardi programs
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

• Experience professionally serving customers in a technicalsupport, sales, or retail service role

• Working knowledge of accounting practices
• Basic competence in one or more of the following areas:Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases, andSQL/Oracle language

Annual Salary Range: $69,600 - $73,100 CAD
