CPA Alberta is seeking an Associate, Secretariat to support regulatory technologies and the Office of the Registrar in Edmonton/Calgary. This role focuses on corporate registrants’ compliance, registration processing, and data integrity.
The Associate, Secretariat will work in a hybrid setup with the Alberta offices, contributing to program improvements and regulatory initiatives while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate results.

The Associate, Secretariat is responsible for supporting the Associate Director, Secretariat in regulatory technologies processes and developments and in supporting the Office of the Registrar. This position is also responsible for supporting the Corporate Registrations & Compliance Team with the registration and compliance process of professional accounting firms, professional corporations, and professional service providers (collectively referred to as “Corporate Registrants”). This role reports to the Associate Director, Secretariat.
CPA Alberta has offices in Edmonton and Calgary and provides hybrid Telecommuting opportunities (working from home a maximum of 3 days a week).
