GlassRatner Advisory Canada Inc. is seeking an Associate to join its Restructuring & Insolvency Advisory practice in Toronto. Our team advises companies, secured lenders, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring, insolvency, and distressed situations. The practice provides receiver, monitor, and trustee mandates, court-supervised sale and investment solicitation processes, and lender-side advisory services across CCAA, BIA, and CJA frameworks, including matters with cross-border Canada-U.S. dimensions.
