Job summary

Accuro EMR is seeking an Associate Project Manager for its Implementations team in Canada. The role focuses on coordinating multiple implementation projects with emphasis on data migration for clients, ensuring smooth transitions through high-level coordination and communication.

You will speak to Accuro functionality, manage client expectations, and collaborate with Data, Client Services, and Finance. Remote work is supported nationwide with occasional onsite visits.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Post-secondary education with a technical and/or medical background or equivalent experience.
  • Confident in implementing medium size clinics.
  • Commitment to pursue Project Management certification within 24 months.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Clinical healthcare experience and/or experience with Accuro is an asset.

Position Summary

Our Implementations team is looking for their next Associate Project Manager! This role is responsible for coordinating multiple implementation projects with a focus, but not limited to, our current clients Accuro data migration needs. The primary accountability of this role is to ensure a smooth data transition for our clients through a high level of coordination, communication, and transition .

Primary Responsibilities

The Implementations Associate Project Manager will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Stays organized and is punctual with all tasks and client facing engagements.
  • Coordination of Implementation project resources and activities.
  • Accurate and timely project documentation in Salesforce.
  • Issue escalation and resolution.
  • Understand QHR’s product and can speak to the functionality and process.
  • Responsible for ensuring client expectations are met with a high degree of quality.
  • High degree of inter and intra departmental communication, including Data, Client Services, and Finance.
  • Be a primary contributor to the continual development and improvement of implementations’ process and delivery.
Additional Duties and Expectations
  • Promote QHR’s “Blue Culture” framework to foster a collaborative, positive and efficient workplace
  • Contribute to the organization’s positive image both internally and externally
  • Perform other duties consistent with the position, as reasonably directed by your manager
Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Post-secondary education with a technical and/or medical background or equivalent experience.
  • Confident in implementing medium size clinics.
  • A commitment of working towards Project Management certification (PMP, CAPMP, PMI-ACP) within the next 24 months.
  • Ability to work both independently and cohesively in a remote team environment.
  • Effective and proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, possess above-average organizational and follow up skills.
  • Clinical healthcare experience and/or experience with Accuro an asset.
Compensation and Logistics
  • Base salary, variable bonus established at the corporate level, competitive benefits package
    • Salary range: $65,000–$78,000 CAD, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Full time, permanent
  • This position is available as either a hybrid role in the Kelowna, BC area or a remote role anywhere in Canada.
  • May require onsite visits (< 5 a year)
  • Some non-standard hours of work may be required for this position
