Job summary

Pocketpills is hiring a Product Manager to own one of five critical product areas, developing the vision and roadmap, and driving feature development with a customer-first approach. You’ll leverage data to prioritize work, collaborate across time zones, and triage production issues to keep momentum.

You’ll own the user acquisition funnel, design experiments, partner with marketing, and track CAC and activation metrics while exploring AI-enabled enhancements for better patient care.

Qualifications

  • UX-focused product experience in a consumer-facing product.
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields; or significant experience working with tech teams. This is a close-to-tech role.
  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager, including multiple roadmap cycles. You should have a product portfolio that you are proud of.
  • Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools to drive product decisions; capable of independent data gathering and analysis (incl. SQL).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with customer care, finance, fulfillment operations, etc.
  • A proven ability to reduce entropy with clear communications and detailed documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
  • Excited about working in a startup, learning and solving problems without getting constrained by current knowledge or experience.
  • Motivated to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own one of 5 critical product areas, build the product’s vision & roadmap, ideate, collaborate, and detail out PRDs, and drive feature development.
  • Understand and advocate for our customers in every product or process decision.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive product decisions including prioritization and go-no-go.
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders efficiently across time zones.
  • Triage and understand production issues for prioritization and get them solved.
  • Own and optimize the user acquisition funnel, including onboarding, activation, and conversion flows.
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve acquisition and activation metrics.
  • Partner closely with marketing and growth teams to improve channel performance and CAC efficiency.
  • Define and track key acquisition metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, activation rate, and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive product innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define AI-powered features, evaluate feasibility, and ensure responsible and effective deployment of AI solutions.
  • Partner with Pharmacists and Physicians to gather requirements, validate workflows, and ensure product solutions support safe and efficient patient care.

Role Description
