Zaui Software Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product & Delivery Manager to lead our Product Strategy Group and domain outcomes in a fully remote role based in Canada.

You will drive prioritization, define specs, and enable delivery across Reservations & Inventory and Operations & Fulfillment, working with engineering and stakeholders to turn signals into measurable customer value. The ideal candidate has 7–12+ years in B2B SaaS, strong product and delivery leadership, technical fluency, and a proven

Qualifications

• Typically 7–12+ years of relevant B2B SaaS experience.
• Background in technical product, implementation, solutions architecture or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated ownership of technically complex SaaS products or product surfaces.
• Excellent written communication and ability to turn ambiguity into structured decisions and executable work.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational owner and facilitator of the PSG, preparing prioritization material and maintaining the Group Roadmap and decision log.
• Own two product domains - Reservations & Inventory, and Operations & Fulfillment - including roadmaps and outcomes.
• Drive prioritized work from decision through completion and customer outcome.
• Use AI tools to normalize information, interrogate technical material, improve specifications and accelerate product operations.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate product decisions.
