As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, advocate for customers, and deliver user-friendly, valuable products. Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research, customer visits, and calls.
  • Coordinate solution development with teams by writing requirements and user stories, and interacting daily with developers and testers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to produce product collateral and sales tools.
  • Train Sales Support and Technical Support teams on product use and operations.
  • Support the sales team during the sales process, including demonstrations and deployments for large opportunities or key customers.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows, and deliver presentations as needed.
  • Stay informed about competitive products, features, and messaging.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Enterprise Software company.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IP networks, architecture, design, and management related to telecommunications and managed hosting.
  • Proven success in defining and launching excellent products.
  • Understanding of software development and product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering presentations and training sessions tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in agile software development methodology.
  • Educational background with an MBA plus a degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the latest software technologies, trends, and strategies.
  • Industry certifications, Mac OS X, Linux, Windows Server experience, and completion of Pragmatic Marketing’s course are advantageous.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • This role requires travel and attendance at trade shows; a valid passport is necessary.
