Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for employees from your home office via phone, email, and web.
• Own and manage support cases, ensuring timely updates and high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Draft technical notices and communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Prioritize tasks and continuously learn about evolving products and services.
• Understand Ubuntu development to set realistic customer expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with team members locally and remotely.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Participate in a weekend rotation schedule.

Candidate requirements

• Strong academic record and relevant technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Confidence in communication and feedback exchange.
• Experience with Linux troubleshooting and basic knowledge in server administration, programming, networking, or virtualization.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle pressure, and work well in a multicultural environment.
• Strong English communication skills and willingness to travel twice a year.
