Responsibilities

  1. Assist in legal research and provide guidance on regulations, HR and compliance matters.
  2. Support drafting and reviewing agreements, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and regulatory submissions.
  3. Work closely with senior legal counsel on licensing applications, regulatory filings, and ensuring product compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  4. Partner with internal teams such as compliance, finance, and product to ensure legal and regulatory considerations are embedded in business operations.
  5. Contribute to developing and implementing processes to streamline legal operations, contract negotiation, and compliance frameworks.
  6. Help create and maintain legal playbooks, policies, and training materials for internal teams.

Desired Skills And Competencies

  1. 2-3 years of experience with a strong background in cross border employment law matters and regulated industries.
  2. Specialist knowledge of commercial law and contract negotiation.
  3. Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
