We’re growing our team of NeoCollaborators, searching for someone who’s truly passionate about transforming the customer experience. As a collaborative lawyer, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing access to justice.

We’re looking for someone who is :

• A member of the Quebec Bar
• Bilingual (French and English), as we serve both French and English-speaking clients
• Available for full-time or part-time collaboration
• Comfortable with technology and able to work remotely
• Capable of explaining complex legal concepts in clear language
• Equipped with excellent customer service skills to offer a NeoWow! experience

Your NeoTasks :

• Provide legal advice and support to clients by phone (ex. small claims cases, family consultations, etc.)
• Draft, generate, and review all types of legal documents
• Negotiate on behalf of Neolegal’s clients
• Act as a NeoGuide to assist clients through the stages of a dispute
• Represent clients at virtual hearings, depending on availability and area of expertise
• Provide additional services on a case-by-case basis, as accepted by Neolegal and in line with the lawyer’s capacity to deliver them
• NeoRevenues : Compensation on a per-case basis
• NeoFlex : Autonomy in managing legal cases with 100% flexibility. Work as much as you want, from wherever you want, whenever you want
• NeoDesk : 100% remote — no office presence required, with the opportunity to use the Neolegal Business Suite
