Qualifications

  • Comfortable with client-facing work, negotiations, and settlement discussions
  • Practical and pragmatic approach to litigation and resolution
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior counsel
  • Comfortable challenging strategy constructively and executing agreed-upon plans
  • Personal injury, occupiers' liability, or civil litigation experience preferred
  • Experience with discovery and motion practice preferred
