The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation is seeking an Associate, Fundraising Granting to support donor-funded projects and initiatives. You will work with internal teams and external partners to plan, deliver, and communicate project impact to donors.

The Associate, Fundraising Granting reports directly to the Director, Granting and plays a critical role in supporting a portfolio of donor-funded projects and initiatives. Using strong problem solving and analytical skills, the Associate helps manage the granting components of projects from planning through delivery. This includes working closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate activities, support project implementation, and communicate project impact to donors.
You will:
Experienced professional with 3+ years of demonstrated success in fundraising and philanthropy ismandatoryand background in healthcare or higher education is considered an asset.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and CRM.
Experience will Salesforce, NetSuite, Blackbaud CRM, and PowerBI would be considered an asset.
Exposure to restricted fund accounting would be considered an asset.
Ability to work independently.
Demonstrates strong business communication, financial and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and functionality.
Strong sense of confidentiality and working with highly sensitive information.
Demonstrates strong business communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and excellent facilitation abilities.
Skilled in partnering with diverse stakeholders within complex governance structures, and structures and navigating issues with diplomacy and tact.
