Risk Management and contributing to transaction structuring discussions
alongside senior team members while supporting the delivery of complex
financing solutions to clients.

Working hours are dictated by portfolio and
transaction demands under a hybrid work environment with both days in the
office and at home. Occasional travel for client and team meetings will be

capital structure reviews and borrower performance evaluations to identify
key risks, develop well-reasoned underwriting recommendations and prepare
comprehensive credit submissions in support of new lending opportunities,
amendments, annual reviews and other portfolio requests.
  • Present and defend credit recommendations to Credit Risk
Management while incorporating feedback into transaction structures and
    approval materials.
  • Participate in transaction structuring discussions involving
leverage, covenant design, collateral packages and other credit risk
    mitigation measures.
  • Manage assigned transaction workstreams, including financial
analysis, due diligence coordination, borrower risk assessments, internal
approval materials, documentation review and closing support.
  • Work closely with advisors, private equity sponsors, legal
counsel and internal banking partners (including Loan Syndications, Debt
Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Treasury, Derivative Solutions
and M&A) to execute financing transactions and complete required due
    diligence activities.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients and internal
stakeholders regarding financial reporting requirements, covenant
    compliance and portfolio monitoring matters.
  • Work collaboratively with, and provide day-to-day guidance to,
Analysts on financial analysis, portfolio monitoring activities and
