We are collaborative professionals who work together to provide financing solutions to large private companies, public corporations and private equity-backed businesses across a broad range of industries.
Based in either Calgary, Alberta, or Vancouver, British Columbia, and reporting to the Head of Credit Execution, Western Canada, you will develop the technical skills required to build a successful career in corporate banking and credit underwriting through the development of financial analysis, portfolio management activities and transaction support.
This position is designed as an entry point into National Client Group, Western Canada and provides a structured development path toward progressively more senior responsibilities. Working alongside experienced bankers and credit professionals, you will gain exposure to credit analysis, portfolio management, annual reviews, transaction support and client relationship management within a collaborative and team-oriented environment, while developing the technical, analytical and professional skills required to build a successful career with National Bank.
Working hours are dictated by portfolio and transaction demands under a hybrid work environment with both days in the office and at home. Occasional travel for client and team meetings will be required.

Basic Requirements:
Progress toward, or interest in pursuing, professional designations such as CFA, CPA or CBV is considered an asset.
