We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to lead a team responsible for a mission‑critical FX settlement platform built on HP NonStop (Tandem) within Capital Markets at RBC. This system plays a central role in global capital markets operations, and we are actively modernizing it with APIs, microservices, and distributed data solutions.
This role is a unique blend of leadership, legacy stewardship, and modernization strategy. You will manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensure reliability of today’s operations, and drive forward the evolution of tomorrow’s architecture.
